I currently support and assist the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) contracting operations and maintenance by closing out procurement documents. I review and analyze specialized documents associated with the processing of invoices by reconciling and cross-referencing invoices and materials in supply chain management databases such as General Fund Enterprise Systems (GFEBS) and DPW Information Management System (DIMS).

I have more than 10 years of experience in an office environment. My work focuses on customer service and administrative support in quality assurance monitoring, account maintenance, trouble-shooting management support and planning/implementing proactive problem-solving procedures. 

About me:

I am a 34 years old Washingtonian and a lifetime fan of the Washington Redskins. I am the only child of my mother and the oldest of three, my father is deceased. In 2002, I attended Prince Georges Community College (PGCC) (Largo, MD) and later graduated with an Associates of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and a Masters certification in ECE and Special Needs. During my time as a student at PGCC (2002-2008) I was employed by the United States Federal Government under the Student Temporary Employment Program (STEP). In 2008, I began working as a government contractor. In 2012, I decided it was time to finish what I started, I attended Bowie State University (Bowie, MD) and received a Bachelor’s of Behavioral Science (Magna Cum Laude, GPA: 3.754). In July 2014, I started with Kord Technologies and after one contract year in August 2015, I transitioned to Thompson Gray.

I am well-organized (everything has a special place - it’s overly obsessive to others)

What was your favorite TV show when growing up?

When I was growing up my favorite TV shows were Duck Tales and Roseanne.

At which store would you like to max-out your credit card?

If I could max out my credit card at any store it would definitely be TJ Maxx!
