Job Title and Responsibilities:

ASC and PEO Command Level GFEBS Tier II Help Desk

I am currently a team member of the ASC/PEO Tier II General Fund Enterprise Systems (GFEBS) Support. We provide functional GFEBS and GRC support to United States Army Acquisition Support Center (USAASC) and all Program Executive Offices (PEO). As a team, we provide support by addressing Remedy tickets that customers have submitted and by creating and delivering training to the community. Weekly I provide six of the nine IDOC reports that are sent to the ASC and PEO community. At Fiscal Year End, we provided a hot line for customers to directly contact us allowing for quick resolutions to questions and/or issues that they encountered while closing out the FY.

About Me:

I am happily married to my husband of ten years. We have a seven year old daughter and a five year old son. I started my career as a contractor working on a team that provided Business Case Analysis, Cost Analysis, and Economic Analysis for different ARMY customers. I then took a position as a team member of the AMC Command Level GFEBS Tier II Help Desk. I provided functional GFEBS support to Army Materiel Command (AMC) and the MSC and LCMCs that fall under that command. I specialized in Spending Chain support while at AMC. I transitioned over to Thompson Gray, Inc. and the ASC and PEO Help Desk in November of 2016.

Qualifications & Expertise & Achievements:

I enjoy researching and determining the cause and resolution of issues that customers encounter. I enjoy working as part of a team and helping others understand new areas and new ways to perform tasks that make the work easier.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

I would like to travel to every state in the US.

Can you play any instruments?

I played the viola in elementary school and then played a clarinet in my middle school band.

At which store would you like to max-out your credit card?

Costco. I am not a big fan of shopping but somehow I always leave Costco with items that were not on my list!
