Business System (GFEBS)

Thompson Gray is a recognized market leader in the optimization of the Army’s financial ERP known as GFEBS.

Our GFEBS clients receive release, patch, and enhancement support for technical designs and technical design testing, as well as test models and results. These clients are also supplied with a training strategy and sustainment through our policy and guidance documents, along with Army Learning Management System (ALMS) source documents. Our Tier II Operations and Support Helpdesk can receive, triage, track, analyze, and resolve helpdesk incidents collected from GFEBS business process areas.

From a financial perspective, we offer treasury disbursing and supplier self-service support (SUS), as well as provide advice and analysis to Army Financial Management leadership for strategic and tactical fielding of SUS. Our professionals assist in project management office (PMO) audits by authoring super-user privilege management provisioning guides, analyzing, monitoring, and mitigating critical transaction codes, and validating restricted role authorizations.

Our experts support strategic level customers such as the Assistant Secretary of Army (Financial Management and Comptroller) with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) services, staffing the Tier 2 GFEBS Help Desk supporting 37,000 users worldwide, assisting in development of requirements for the GFEBS classified transaction module and briefing senior stakeholders on emerging user trends. For tactical users such as the PEO Missiles and Space, PEO Aviation, multiple missile, and aviation project offices and the Aviation and Missile Command, we perform functions enabling program management and execution.
