Ron has over 30 years of Federal Government contracting experience supporting Department of Defense and NASA customers in Huntsville and Washington, DC. He has managed technical and business organizations his entire career and has specific expertise in the growth and management of small businesses in a method that results in an exceptional work environment for staff and superior support and products for customers. Ron has been inducted into the State of Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame and has been recognized as a Distinguished Engineering Fellow by the University of Alabama.
Richard Manley leads Thompson Gray’s ERP services and business development effort. He has thirty years’ experience in management of organizations from eight to three hundred employees. He has successfully led resource management functions, custom software development, ERP deployment and sustainment, data center operations and major service contract acquisitions.

Thomas “Pat” Riley leads Thompson Gray’s largest Functional Proponent Support efforts in Northern Virginia. Pat has worked over 30 years in DoD and Financial Management. He has led the professional development of financial management workforce in DoD and has in-depth understanding of DoD financial management organizational structures, operating environments, and business process policies, procedures, and practices.

As VP of Business Operations, Brandy Corbett manages all functional areas of corporate administration for Thompson Gray. Brandy has over 16 years of experience in the planning, direction and coordination of business operations in support of company growth and success. All of her experience has been gained in the Federal Government contracting industry, supporting such customers as DoD, MDA, and NASA.
Lyndsey SheltonVice President
Lyndsey Shelton leads Thompson Gray’s Huntsville Technical Operations. Lyndsey has worked 14 years in supporting DoD and Financial Management. She has in-depth knowledge and functional experience in the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and has in-depth understanding of DoD financial management organizational structures, operating environments, and business process policies, procedures, and practices.
